Outage time credit
Confirmed outages are credited at twice the actual impact.
- Covered: confirmed service outages (node failures, unavailable exits and so on).
- How: twice the merged actual loss, rounded up to the minute; it extends your expiry and does not add traffic.
- Automatic daily credits have a cap; anything above it goes to manual review.
- Credits are applied once resources are ready. Your dashboard shows time credited, pending and under review separately.
