04FAQ

Pricing FAQ

How is a period counted?

Each period is a continuous 30×24 hours starting from activation, not a calendar month.

Does traffic reset every month?

No. Traffic is valid for the current period. When it runs out, acceleration pauses but your expiry stays the same, and you can buy a data pack.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

You can upgrade in your dashboard; downgrades take effect when the current period ends.

Can I get a refund?

Orders not yet activated are refunded in full; activated ones in proportion to the unused period, and data packs in proportion to unused traffic. Free time and time credits are not included.

What if the service goes down?

Confirmed outages are credited at twice the affected time. This extends your expiry; it does not add traffic.

Can several people share one account?

We do not recommend it. Only one client can stay connected at a time, with up to 5 different devices per month.

Why isn't the residential plan the fastest?

The value of a residential IP is that AI platforms trust it more. Chained acceleration keeps latency down, but residential lines are naturally a bit slower than IDC, so only the resources that need it use the residential line.
