Periods, traffic and renewal

Periods

• Each period is a continuous 30×24 hours, starting when payment is confirmed and resources and access are ready. Waiting time is not counted.
• Renewals start right after your current expiry, so no remaining time is lost.
• Your dashboard shows the exact expiry time, including the time zone.

Traffic

• Each plan comes with a traffic allowance per period (see the plans page).
• Traffic does not reset by calendar month. When it runs out, acceleration pauses but your expiry stays the same.
• You can buy data packs: they add traffic only and require an active plan.
• Smart Direct traffic never passes through our nodes and does not count toward your allowance.

Upgrades and changes

• Upgrade: pick a higher plan in your dashboard and pay the difference or start a new period, according to the server's quote (see the quote page).
• Downgrade or change: schedule it to take effect when the current period ends; the schedule can be cancelled.
