CoderBoost
CoderBoost: network acceleration for developers
What CoderBoost does
Developers spend a lot of time waiting for code to clone, packages to install and model files to download. CoderBoost installs a small client on your computer (Windows, macOS or Linux). The client sends only the traffic of developer and AI tools (code hosting such as GitHub, package registries such as npm and PyPI, container registries such as Docker Hub, model hubs such as Hugging Face, and AI service APIs) through nearby accelerated servers, so these operations are faster and fail less often. All other traffic on your computer is not touched.
Main features
- Per-tool routing: a maintained list of developer and AI services decides which connections are accelerated; everything else stays on your normal network.
- Three connection modes: automatic proxy configuration (PAC), explicit HTTP/SOCKS5 proxy, or system-wide TUN mode.
- Command-line client for terminals and servers, plus a desktop app with a graphical interface.
- Account center on this website to manage your subscription, devices, orders and support requests.
Who it is for
Software developers, data scientists, students and teams who use GitHub, npm, PyPI, Docker, Hugging Face and AI services every day.
How to get started
- Create a free account on this website, with an email address or with your Google account.
- Choose a plan in the account center.
- Download and install the client, then sign in with the same account.
How CoderBoost uses Google sign-in
Google sign-in is optional; you can always use an email address and password instead. When you choose “Continue with Google”, CoderBoost requests only the basic openid, email and profile scopes. We use your email address, name and Google account identifier only to create your CoderBoost account and to sign you in. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data, we do not store Google access tokens, and we never sell or share Google user data.
